Ecological Innovation and Advanced Precision to Redefine Industry Standards for Safety and Efficiency
We had the pleasure of hosting Mr. Mayer, a representative of a leading automotive company specializing in chassis, body, and powertrain components. This company is distinguished by its innovation in lightweight materials and production technologies, offering advanced solutions for vehicle weight reduction. In line with this vision, our team is dedicated to developing cutting-edge products that set new international standards.
During his visit to our facility, Mr. Mayer observed a live demonstration of our steel drawing machine, the most advanced in the world in terms of safety, environmental sustainability, and process precision. During the demonstration, the machine successfully performed the drawing of steel profiles, showcasing its revolutionary capabilities. This achievement is the result of a series of technological innovations never before applied to a drawing machine.
Our R&D department has designed a completely ecological machine, free of oil and compressed air. Unlike conventional drawing machines, which require pumps, piping, solenoid valves, seals, and other potentially polluting components, our e:stretch stands out for a significant reduction in mechanical parts, limited to the motor, gearbox, and transmission. This approach not only reduces operational and maintenance costs but also eliminates the environmental risks associated with oil disposal, which in traditional machines is highly flammable and requires specialized storage and disposal.
From a safety perspective, our machine operates quietly and ensures a safer work environment thanks to the absence of an oil reservoir. Additionally, the advanced control system allows real-time management of the metal’s resistance parameters throughout the entire drawing process, continuously monitoring the yield point and material elasticity. This dynamic control enables the timely identification and correction of any anomalies, such as excessive temperatures, improper heat treatments, incorrect alloys, or upstream process errors.
In conclusion, the results of internal tests conducted under real operating conditions confirm that our e:stretch drawing machine far surpasses traditional hydraulic drawing machines in terms of ecology, safety, process efficiency, and cost reduction.
