SMF Manufacturing is proud to announce the successful execution of a major EPC project for a new greenfield SBQ bar conditioning line supplied to FRISA in Mexico.
The project covered the complete engineering and manufacturing of a full plant designed for the conditioning of SBQ round bars from 90 to 300 mm and square bars from 90 to 200 mm.
The line has been developed to ensure a fully optimized production flow, including in-line straightening, non-destructive testing, and final product bundling, guaranteeing high product quality, process reliability, and operational efficiency.
In close cooperation with the technological area vendors, SMF Manufacturing carried out the complete plant assembly at its workshops in Fagagna, Italy, where all machines were fully assembled and tested under cold condition prior to shipment.
This project confirms SMF Manufacturing’s capability to manage complex greenfield EPC supplies, combining advanced engineering, in-house manufacturing, and full integration of multiple technological process areas.
